This policy explains how Raise Academy uses information when you chat with us on WhatsApp at +919443424064 or use YNeet (yneet.in), TestMandi (testmandi.in) and ClassCoach (classcoach.in).

What we collect

Your WhatsApp number and profile name; the messages and button choices you send us; your test answers, scores and class or exam details; and payment status for purchases (payments are processed by Razorpay, we never see your card or bank details).

How we use it

To answer your messages, run quizzes and tests, show results and ranks, deliver what you bought, send reminders you asked for, and follow up on enquiries about our products. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Meta (WhatsApp) to deliver messages, Razorpay to process payments, and our hosting and database providers. For ClassCoach, your quiz marks are shared with the teacher whose class you joined. For TestMandi, sellers see sales of their tests but not your phone number.

Your choices

Send STOP at any time to stop messages from us. Send HELP to talk to a person. To delete your data, see Data deletion.

Retention

We keep chat and test records while you use our services and for up to 2 years after your last message, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
